Sturdy plastic hangers with foam hanger cover is a composite hanger solution designed to improve clothing care. Its core is composed of a high-strength plastic hanger body and a foam cover: the plastic hanger is made of ABS or PP material, which is resistant to bending and aging, ensuring that it will not deform after long-term use; the foam cover is made of highly elastic foam material, which is tightly wrapped around the hanger contour through a hot pressing process to form a buffer layer about 3 mm thick. This design has achieved a triple functional upgrade: in terms of anti-slip, the foam surface increases friction, and with the rubber anti-slip strips of some styles, it can firmly hang smooth fabrics such as silk and chiffon; in terms of shaping protection, the foam layer effectively disperses pressure to avoid shoulder bulges or neckline deformation caused by traditional thin hangers.
