Foam pads are cushioning pads made of high-density charcoal foam. They are used in hanger clamps, hardware fixtures, and packaging protection to provide anti-slip, pressure-resistant, and scratch-resistant properties. Charcoal foam has excellent elasticity and shock absorption capabilities, and its fine, smooth surface effectively distributes the pressure of the clamps, preventing metal or plastic parts from damaging the product surface. In high-temperature, high-humidity, or long-term use environments, the foam will not yellow, harden, or powder, maintaining its flexibility and durability, making it suitable for long-term use under various climatic conditions.

They are free of phthalate plasticizers and heavy metals, with volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions below 0.03 mg/m³.
